Coming Up on FFM/CFM (2022 Combine Week!!!)
Busy week of the NFL Combine coverage for us…it’s always busy because football events (thankfully) keep coming one after another in the offseason until summer. We got the Combine followed by free agency followed by the schedule releases followed by the NFL Draft, and so on.
Here’s just a quick look at the week/month ahead of coverage and analysis for us:
-- Combine week…
The final positional preview scouting reports continue to post daily, and the final ones will post before the players start to hit the field (THU after noon).
Daily reports concerning the meetings, the coach’s press conferences, the player’s press conferences, measurables, on-field workout notes, etc., during Combine week.
Once we get the measurements on the QBs (THU), we’ll finish and publish the first ‘big board’ on 2022 QB prospect grades…like 20-25+ so far statistically graded. The other non-QB positions will post throughout March as we digest all the Combine and Pro Day data, with updated grades into April…leading to our ‘Big Board’ of all for the NFL Draft, top 600-700+ prospects to follow along for the draft.
As soon as the Combine wraps, Xavier Cromartie and Ross Jacobs will produce their latest Mock Drafts based on the events from Indy.
-- I was hoping to have the 2022 1.0 Dynasty Rankings posted by this weekend (2/27) end but it’s not happening. Still getting it dialed in. It’s close. 2/28 MON night is possible, but 3/1 TUE might be the day.
We are adding in the top 4-6+ incoming rookies at each offensive position and projecting them generically within the top 600, and that’s taking some fine tuning along with a few other tweaks.
Once we publish the 1.0 Dynasty rankings, then they’ll be updated weekly throughout the offseason…more frequent as we get into the preseason/August.
*IDP top 500+ rankings for Dynasty will be completed in March for publish the last week of March 2022 (projected).
-- The Kyler Murray 5,000+ word monster report dropped Sunday.
More of those type of major reports for the Dynasty Offseason as we get past the Combine and will pop up all through the offseason – on the major topics of all our offseason planning.
-- Tuesday Night Video Q&A shows restart 3/1/2022 and will run most Tuesday’s the rest of the offseason. 9pmET, for approx. one hour (I will set a timer to try and not run over…but…).
The notes I have/opening monologue at the top and then questions on anything football the audience desires.
-- Dynasty Stash Offense and IDP rankings update coming this week sometime.
-- As soon as the Combine wraps, it’s time to analyze free agency 2022. We’ll break down the key FF (and NFL) players by position group, daily, in the days leading up to the official kickoff of free agency.
-- Special NFL Draft Video shows on draft days one and two live, streaming coverage again this year.
-- All that and anything and everything the NFL can throw at us.
