Just a quick little lookback/comparison of the 2022 season… We'll do a position report per day on Fantasy top 10 scoring 'splits' or trends from last season. Just as a refresher/prep leading into the 2023 preseason.

Today’s comparison: The LBs on a basis (using FantasyPros IDP scoring).

Weeks 1-8

(min. 5 games played)

17.0 = Roquan Smith, CHI/BAL (not in the top 10 in the 2nd-half)

15.9 = Nick Bolton, KC

15.5 = T.J. Edwards, PHI (now on CHI)

Weeks 9-17

(min. 5 games played)

17.9 = Oluokun, JAX (top 2, both halves of the season)

17.1 = Sanborn, CHI (my love child, but then he got hurt and now CHI signed two FA ILBs??)

16.3 = Luvu, CAR (top 5, both halves of the season…are you as shocked about it as I am?)

15.8 = Wagner, LAR (cut in 2023…now back with SEA)

15.8 = Franklin, IND (top 10, both halves of the season)

15.6 = Jewell, DEN

15.4 = Greenlaw, SF

15.1 = Bolton, KC (top 10, both halves of the season)

15.1 = K. Elliss, NO (now of ATL, brilliant move by the Falcons)

15.0 = Tranquill, LAC (How LAC let this guy go to KC for a nothing 1-yr deal is beyond me, and why LAC is not headed anywhere under current management)
