Week 10 International game 9:30amET = ATL v. IND
Sunday Morning Sit-Start Show 10:30amET-NoonET. Show access will post around 10amET+.
Week 10 final projections update will post around 12:30pmET
-- NFL Weather watch for Sunday
NYG at CHI = 35 degrees, some talk of snow...but that’s more early morning. 15-20, up to 25+ MPH winds possible.
CLE at NYJ = 30-40% chance of rain during the game...was 70%+ chance earlier in the week but looks like the chances are declining.
-- Early Injury News/Outlooks...
Garrett Wilson is expected to play.
D’Andre Swift is back and expected to play.
Watch the Saints/Alvin Kamara situation...he’s ‘questionable’, some think maybe more game-time-decision...in a lost season, they may just sit him...the Saints have done some suspicious RB moves this week that make me think he might be off for the week. Just a hunch. Devin Neal would likely get the start against a reborn Panthers defense.
A very helpful return...Tampa OT Luke Goedeke is coming off IR and plays this week.
Philly OC Cam Jurgens is probably out for MNF...that hurts.
Harold Fannin is trending towards playing, but it’s not locked in yet.
Tet McMillan on track to play...but concerns how ‘open’ he can go.
Cedric Tillman also comes off IR and is back.
Cooper Kupp (hamstring) hopes to play but I don’t think he will. Tory Horton is out.
-- International game: ATL v. IND game preview/outlook...
Sometimes I have a ‘feel’, or think I have a ‘feel’, for a game projection or flow...but I have no clue about this one.
We’ve got some changing variables here...the Sauce Gardner trade is a massive shift in the Colts flow/ways. And that trade not only affects the defense/the pass defense...but it affects the whole team -- they have to be so energized by the commitment from management here.
So, we have a potentially energized Colts team facing a completely downtrodden and desperate, and very good at times, Atlanta Falcons team...three losses in a row. The Falcons may be playing for their season here.
And on top of all that...the game is being held in Berlin.
The Falcons have a top tier (statistically) pass defense, but it’s starting to melt a little bit. Their run defense is fading too. The whole team is fading. A melting defense faces the most fundamentally sound offense in the NFL (Indy). Do the Falcons rise up here and put a lid on FF things...or does the fade continue? Hard to say.
The Colts have one of the better run defenses...but also one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL. However, you add Sauce to the mix...and things obviously get better. And when they get Charvarius Ward back from IR...it’s gonna be one of the best CB duos in the NFL, no longer a bad pass D. Drake London draws Sauce now...a major shift in London’s upside. This affects Penix’s upside as well.
Everything points to the Colts here...especially with the Falcons new O-Line injuries. But desperate teams, like the Falcons, might do desperate/good things...especially internationally.

-- Today’s Agenda...
Game Report day...all the remaining game reports planned to post.
Week 10 projections update planned approx. 8-10pmET range.
Anything else that pops up, and any new betting items I might see.
-- HEADLINE: NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports Broncos RB JK Dobbins injured his foot in Week 10’s game against the Raiders and is “awaiting a second opinion.”
I think there’s real fear here...with a player who has a history of injury for his entire career. We’ll find out more Monday probably, but I am hearing ‘this is not good’.
-- HEADLINE: ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) will miss Week 10’s game against the Texans.
No Brian Thomas...no Travis Hunter...no Brenton Strange...just a few days old Jaguar Jakobi Meyers...and Trevor Lawrence’s favorite throw all season = Parker Washington (and butter hands Dyami Brown is playing too). It’s a great set up for Washington all of a sudden.
But what about the tough-against-the-pass Texans? That is a concern, but oh look...Houston ace slot cover corner Jalen Pitre is now going to miss the game.
Everything is coming up roses for Parker.
-- HEADLINE: Bears coach Ben Johnson said he believes in a running back having “the hot hand.”
That’s the smart thing to say. There’s NO reason why a coach should share his plan or desire, etc. If you want to have the other team unsure of what you’re doing whenever ___ RB is in the game...you answer like this and not blathering your entire game plan and favorite things to the media/the other team like most all NFL coaches tend to do.
All we have to do is look at the flow of the season...and recent weeks. This is a D’Andre Swift-led backfield with Kyle Monangai in support. If Monangai starts going off, I’m sure he will get more touches...but Kyle is not the talent D’Andre is. Everything is likely to remain the same for backfield flow as it has been all season...assuming Swift is healthy for Sunday.
-- HEADLINE: It was reported on Thursday that Chris Godwin may not return until late November or early December, so this news doesn’t come as much of a surprise.
I don’t expect Godwin to return until late November...and I don’t expect him to be his old self when he does return, and whatever shape he gets back into...he will have been gone from the flow of this whole/new offense for months. I have no real interest in holding Godwin for some triumphant return in December. Gimme Tez Johnson instead.
Godwin may never be ‘right’ again.
-- MY INFO: Bucky Irving is missing Week 10...and he may miss Week 11 and 12 as well. And be at risk of reinjury of his shoulder every carry/hit when he does return. Hold Rachaad White tight...and consider picking up Sean Tucker in deeper leagues.
I’m getting worried about a bucky return for FF season impact.
-- HEADLINE: NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Jayden Daniels will avoid surgery after an MRI revealed no ligament damage to his dislocated elbow.
I think what Washington is doing is...trying to keep the team, and the fans, energized with some hope of a JD return. The thinking/con being: If the team can rally and win the next few games and get back into the playoff race, the hope is JD could come back and lead the way to the playoffs.
The team is specifically saying that they will revaluate all this at the bye week (Week 12). I’m sure they will ‘reevaluate’...that they will see if they want to keep the notion of a fast JD return dangling out there, if there is still some hope for the playoffs.
I think JD avoided major surgery needs. BUT...he seriously hurt that elbow...and he could try to rush back Week 13-14 and be not fully healed...but even though it’s not his throwing arm, he’s gotta do a ton of things with that left arm to play NFL QB. He may be healed enough, best case for Week 14-15...but by then, Washington will probably have at least 9 losses and be out of the playoffs...and then there is zero reason to throw him back in too early/push him back in.
GROK RESEARCH on a forgotten player for those looking at stashes for 2026...
-- (Q): what5 has dave canales said about jonathon brooks the past two months
(A): Dave Canales' Comments on Jonathon Brooks (September 6 – November 6, 2025) Based on available reports, Carolina Panthers head coach Dave Canales has made limited public comments on rookie RB Jonathon Brooks in the past two months. This aligns with Brooks' ongoing recovery from his second ACL tear (November 2024), during which he was on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list and ruled out for the entire 2025 season. Canales' remarks have focused on Brooks' long-term health, optimism for his future, and the team's support, with no major updates since early September. Here's a chronological summary of key quotes (sourced from press conferences and team sites):
|
Date |
Context |
Quote |
|
September 8, 2025 (Post-Week 1 Presser) |
Discussing Brooks' PUP placement and rehab focus amid the team's 0-1 start. |
"Jonathon's in the best shape of his life right now—focusing solely on strength and explosion. We're not rushing him; when he returns in 2026, he'll be that dynamic back we drafted, running free without hesitation." |
|
September 22, 2025 (During Week 3 Prep) |
Addressing the RB room depth without Brooks, emphasizing patience. |
"He's attacking rehab like a pro—videos from his sessions show elite burst already. The plan is simple: full health first. He'll complement Chuba [Hubbard] perfectly next year." |
|
October 15, 2025 (Mid-Season Update) |
Reflecting on team struggles (1-5 record) and Brooks' behind-the-scenes progress. |
"Heart goes out to Jonathon every day; his work ethic is inspiring the whole room. We're building around the run game for when he's back—expect him to be a cornerstone in '26." |
No additional quotes surfaced in late October or early November, as Canales shifted focus to in-season adjustments. He reiterated team support in a November 4 radio interview: "Jonathon knows we're family—he's not alone in this." For the latest, check Panthers.com or upcoming pressers post-Week 10.

Game Report day...a focus on game reports for the rest of the week.
Week 10 projections update planned approx. 8-10pmET range to allow for the West Coast injury reports.
Anything else that pops up, and any new betting I might see.
-- TNF First Reactions...
I had a feeling the Raiders were gonna win that game or keep it close, after watching/studying their tape the prior week. I bet it +9.5 LV pregame, and then when they got up 7-0 AND then their starting center, their only real OL of any value, went down and out, I bet (in-game) DEN -2.5 and DEN -1.5...then the Denver sack party begun on the LV even more corrupted LV O-Line and -- I got a rare triple win betting both sides. I don’t mention that to show betting prowess...I am underwater this year, it’s more to show the power of how games change before and during based on O-Line health.
Brock Bowers got held to 1 catch on 3 targets...in part because Denver’s best CB (with Surtain out) Riley Moss covered the TE/Bowers a bunch...and Geno was under assault. Jalen Ramsey took out Tyler Warren last week, as examples of the NFL starting shift to account for the grand offensive shift to the high-end TE as a main weapon, and going two-TE-sets about half+ of the time, for some teams.
It was all good for our Denver-DST...a nice start for many of you that have drafted & held Denver since the beginning.
Denver’s defense might carry it all the way to the AFC finals, and possibly into the Super Bowl...which will be shocking because their offense is bad.
-- HEADLINES: Cardinals CB Will Johnson (back/hip) did not practice on Thursday.
Seahawks WR Tory Horton (groin/shin) did not practice on Thursday.
Horton hurt...possibly out. Kupp likely out. Bobo likely out. Barner hurt.
Will Johnson likely out now.
Rasheed Shaheed might splash right away...
-- HEADLINE: ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that the Buccaneers are “thinking” WR Chris Godwin (fibula) could return in late November or in December.
I would not count on Godwin being back, or even if back doing anything for FF. Nice boost for Tez Johnson and Cade Otton.
-- HEADLINE: Lions OC John Morton said they’re planning to get WR Isaac TeSlaa “more involved this week.”
How many weeks in a row is this guy gonna whine about the things he was gonna do or forgot to do? He cries about how he’s gonna get Jamo involved like every week...and never really does.
-- HEADLINE: Jaguars coach Liam Coen said Parker Washington will continue to be the team’s primary F (slot) receiver.
Brian Thomas is probably out...helps PW. But what really may help PW this week is -- ace slot CB for Houston Jalen Pitre may be out, and then it’s game on for ‘hope’ for another sweet week for Parker.
FUN WITH GROK, questions (and answers) of research things I asked Grok yesterday...
-- (My Q): with the saints trading rashid shaheed what we is moving to the starting lineup? What are the coaches saying about Devaughn vele and mason tipton after the Shaheed trade (leaving exactly as I typed it)
*The info I was looking for was after a bunch of setup info from Grok...that I am leaving in for the sake of mild interest.
(Grok A): Saints WR Lineup After Rashid Shaheed Trade...The New Orleans Saints traded wide receiver/return specialist Rashid Shaheed to the Seattle Seahawks on November 4, 2025, ahead of the NFL trade deadline, in exchange for 2026 fourth- and fifth-round draft picks.
This leaves a gap at the No. 3 wide receiver spot behind starters Chris Olave (WR1) and Brandin Cooks (WR2), with Shaheed's speed and return duties now needing immediate fills.
Updated Depth Chart Projection Based on post-trade analysis, here's the expected Saints WR lineup moving forward (as of November 5, 2025):
WR1 (Outside) Chris Olave
Locked in; 55 rec, 560 yds, 3 TD this season. High-volume target.
WR2 (Outside) Brandin Cooks
Veteran slot/outside hybrid; technically next up for Shaheed's snaps.
WR3 (Slot/Depth) DeVaughn Vele
Moves to starting rotation; 6'5" contested-catch specialist acquired in August for a 2026 fourth and 2027 seventh. Expected to see 20–30 more snaps/game.
WR4 (Depth/Special Teams) Mason Tipton
UDFA rookie with 4.3 speed; shifts to gadget/slot role, potentially 10–15 snaps/game for deep shots and returns.
WR5+ Cedrick Wilson Jr., Kevin Austin Jr., Dante Pettis
Practice squad elevations likely; minimal offensive role unless injuries.
Key Shift: DeVaughn Vele steps into the primary No. 3 role, replicating Shaheed's deep-threat ability with his size (6'5", 215 lbs) for red-zone and contested catches—addressing a Saints need for height in a short WR room.
Mason Tipton (5'11", 187 lbs, 4.3 40) provides similar speed for four-wide sets and special teams, but with fewer routes run so far (15 this season vs. Shaheed's 200+).
Return Game: Tipton or Austin likely handles punts/kicks initially; no direct replacement named yet.
Coaches' Comments on DeVaughn Vele and Mason Tipton Post-Trade:
Head coach Kellen Moore addressed the WR room in his November 5 press conference, emphasizing opportunity without specifics on snap counts. No direct quotes on Tipton emerged, but Vele drew praise for his fit:
On DeVaughn Vele: "DeVaughn's been waiting for his shot—he's got the size and hands we've missed. This trade opens the door for him to be that vertical threat and red-zone guy. We're scripting more looks his way starting this week."
(Moore also noted Vele's age (27) and knee recovery from camp aren't concerns, echoing August comments after the trade from Denver.)
On Mason Tipton: No explicit post-trade quotes, but Moore hinted at his gadget potential: "Mason's speed is elite—we'll use him to stretch defenses, especially in empty sets. He's earned more reps."
Pre-trade, Moore called Tipton a "sleeper" for his blocking (22 snaps) and route-running upside.
The Saints (1-8) host the Falcons in Week 10 (November 16); expect Vele to debut in the starting trio, with Tipton mixing in for speed packages. For updates, check the Saints' injury report Tuesday.
RC NOTE: I have a deeper sleeper interest in Vele. I’m a fan of his work/talent and he’s now gonna be a starter...and Shough looks pretty sound/solid. It may not splash right away, but maybe it will...they would’ve worked together a lot on the 2nd-team.

-- Waiver TUE Night Commentary/notes...
Parker Washington looks like he rivaled Colston Loveland for the most pursued player last night.
Luke Musgrave got a lot of interest...many Tucker Kraft owners went for Musgrave. It doesn’t work that way, I don’t think.
Kyle Monangai was added a bunch in leagues he didn’t get scarfed up last week, but Emari Demercado was the real/universal FA add/chase because he was out there in most every league...Emari went way ahead of Devin Singletary.
Jacoby Brissett got some love in free agency...playing on MNF and doing well always pushes the masses. J.J. McCarthy got some love over Joe Flacco. People STILL don’t believe in Joe Flacco...it’s crazy. HE’S SO OLD!
...HE THROWS FOR SO MANY YARDS AND TDS!!!
Tory Horton got some love in free agency...scoring two TDs on SNF will do that to the masses.
Chase McLaughlin got A LOT of love for this week...Cam Little a distant runner up.
The Browns-DST got a lot of action in free agency last night. People hate the Jets! Hey, they didn’t trade any offensive players...they just decimated their defense!!
-- TRADE: Seahawks acquired WR Rashid Shaheed from the Saints in exchange for fourth and fifth-round picks.
This trade is fine, but of all the things Seattle might look to add...why a WR? But it definitely helps them get better...it doesn’t hurt them.
Cooper Kupp is fading away. Tory Horton is about as good as Shahid...and they didn’t use Horton for several weeks before Week 9, so...
I guess Horton goes to #4 WR? Nice depth. Nice optionality to put JSN-Shaheed-Horton-Arroyo on the field at the same time to run a speed game or hurry up offense.
Shaheed’s FF 2025 is not really improved by this, per se...he’ll need time to get used to working with Sam Darnold. Seattle has Horton-Kupp-Arroyo in the mix fighting for targets behind JSN.
Seattle O-C Klint Kubiak was the 2024 O-C for...the Saints, so he knows Shaheed well. Maybe they are ‘over’ Kupp. If so, what a disastrous signing and spend by Seattle this past offseason.
Seattle improves its offense. The Saints get much needed picks and doesn’t have to deal with Shaheed for free agency.
-- TRADE: Colts acquired CB Sauce Gardner from the New York Jets for AD Mitchell and two first-round picks.
Congrats to the Colts for ‘going for it’. This took guts and it makes a ton of sense.
Congrats to the Jets for being maybe the worst run/operational team in the NFL. BUT LOOK AT ALL THE PICKS THEY GOT. You’re gonna give Aaron Glenn rookies to develop? Good luck with all that. The new regime had a weaker debut draft in 2025. They’ll likely not hit a homerun this upcoming draft either. The Jets are battling the Browns for the worst franchise in the NFL. But at least the Jets are trying to do something...the Browns did NOTHING at the deadline.
This is a big boost to Indy winning their division...and a boost to the Indy defense.
The Jets getting AD Mitchell is a laugh. https://x.com/nfl_memes/status/1985770213325857074?s=43
Why didn’t the Colts get a 6th/7th-round pick back for every 1st they gave away? Why don’t teams do that every time they give up a 1st?
Big, gutsy, smart move for Indy.
-- TRADE: Jaguars acquired WR Jakobi Meyers from the Raiders in exchange for fourth and sixth-round picks.
This trade, to me, smacks of a distrust of BTJ and Dyami...and Hunter. The new regime has come in...and you could say that they ruined BTJ...and they blew it signing Dyami and made a mistake overpaying for Hunter...no? None of their WR plans are working. Now they desperately reach for Jakobi.
It will be a Parker Washington-BTJ-Jakobi trio for the next 3 weeks...then Hunter returns to replace Washington, I guess.
When will the Jaguars realize their problem is Trevor...not the WRs? But some of those WRs have issues as well...
-- TRADE: Cowboys acquired DT Quinnen Williams from the Jets for DT Mazi Smith, a 2026 second-round pick and a 2027 first-round pick.
Why Dallas is ‘going for it’, with this weak roster (by comparison to all the NFC powers), is beyond me...but Jerry is gonna do what Jerry is gonna do, and nothing has worked (that he’s done) really since 1995 (their last Super Bowl). But I credit him for continuing to try.
Dallas has 4 playoff wins since 1998 (a 4-12 record in the playoffs).
I think the trade is ‘OK’/good for Dallas...but is this gonna make a huge difference? Dallas has no secondary. If anything, THEY should’ve traded for Sauce Gardner. Maybe they got outbid.
https://x.com/pff/status/1985892353123729435?s=43
https://x.com/bobbybelttx/status/1985793717274357974?s=43
-- TRADE: Cowboys acquired LB Logan Wilson from the Bengals in exchange for a seventh-round draft pick.
A smart move by Dallas. Quinnen + Wilson is a step in the right direction. Probably ‘too little too late’.
I am shocked Indy didn’t trade for Logan Wilson with the Lou Anarumo connection. I mean, a 7th-round pick was all it took.
https://x.com/NFL_Memes/status/1985544784904065476
-- TRADE: Bears acquired EDGE Joe Tryon-Shoyinka and a seventh-round pick from the Browns for a sixth-round pick.
Oh yeah, the Browns did make a trade...
Why the Bears made this move, I have no idea...but it didn’t really cost anything.
-- TRADE: Chargers acquired OL Trevor Penning from the Saints
This could be the trade of the day, aside from the Sauce deal. If the Chargers can rehab/fix Penning...this would be MASSIVE. But Penning has been a massive disappointment to date.

Game Reports today...mid-morning and hopefully another will post in the evening.
-- MNF first reactions...
Needing some regular and/or big FF-nights from the Dallas boys...we didn’t get it. I knew when Brandon Aubrey missed that 68-yarder to the left it was not gonna be my night. Dallas also fumbled a 3rd & long play/catch that would’ve been a setup for a chip shot 50-yarder, instead taken away. Dallas also decided to ‘go for it’ on 4th-down on the first drive, instead of taking the FG...and got sacked, another FG taken away. Aubrey had at least +14 points taken away by Dallas nonsense and just hooking that new NFL record FG. It was just that kind of night...as it seems most MNF games are becoming -- personal FF-curses.
I did get a positive prop betting night...going in on Jacoby Brissett pass yards with some gusto, and he got the 239.5+ and 250+ marks. Betting against the Dallas pass defense is ‘money’. If Jacoby Brissett isn’t the new starting QB over Kyler Murray going forward, then I don’t know what we’re doing in Arizona.
It’s the trade deadline today...we could see Kyler get dealt, if there were a place for him to go. The media’s hysterical efforts to end J.J. McCarthy’s career took a hit Sunday...but that was never gonna happen (the media’s proposed trade of Kyler to MIN was always nonsense). But Kyler to Washington, reunited with Kliff, a short-term fix effort with JD gone...that is possible.
Should be plenty of deals by the Ravens, Rams, and Eagles today...the only teams with any basic guts or sense to make trades apparently.
Emari Demercado sure looks like a starting NFL RB to me...watching him last night. I’ve been whining about that since the Trey Benson injury. It only took a month for Arizona to maybe figure it out...but doubtful they did.
With this win...I’m sure Arizona is now ‘not sellers’, and more likely ‘buyers’.
The only teams that look like ‘sellers’ are Tennessee, Miami, and that’s about it. All the other should-be mass sellers (NYG, NYJ, CLE, WSH, NO, LV) are all scared and/or delusional.
FF-interesting deals I think happen today:
Shaheed and Taysom to Denver
LAC overpays someone for a mediocre left tackle hope
Kyler to Washington
Raheem Mostert to GB
Tony Pollard to NE
-- NBC HEADLINE: Saints coach Kellen Moore said RT Taliese Fuaga (ankle) has a high-ankle sprain and is unlikely to play this week.
Another really good Saints OL is down...this will not help Tyler Shough, the Saints, nor already FF-disastrous Alvin Kamara. The Saints got a bump with Shough, but the bump is dragged down by their O-Line injury count.
-- NBC HEADLINE: Patriots coach Mike Vrabel said Kyle Williams has “settled down” and that he’s excited Williams will “get a greater opportunity here moving forward.”
I will believe it when I see it (that he’ll get a greater opportunity), but I am so hopeful he gets a real shot to show that he is the best WR the Pats have.

-- Prostate Cancer update...
The good news just keeps on coming!
Blood work results from 10/30:
PSA = 3 (they want to see it under 5 and want it to get to 0-2 best case) so everything is working so far on hormones. I was 18-21 PSA a few months ago.
*For those who don’t know this world...PSA is (quick summary from Grok)...
PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) is a protein made by the prostate gland; a blood test measures its level to help detect prostate cancer or monitor it—higher-than-normal PSA can signal cancer, but it can also rise from non-cancer causes like infection or enlargement.
Testosterone = 18
They need it to be at least under ‘50’. They really want it under ‘25’ so they know I’m starving the cancer. So, all good there.
*If you don’t know, prostate cancer feeds on testosterone...so to try to/actually ‘kill it’, my testosterone gets shut down to starve it as part of the treatment plan. And we know my treatments are working because the PSA is dropping. One of my next PSA tests may show ‘zero’ or close to it meaning it’s getting starved to death.
And with the PSA declining/going towards zero, I can move to radiation Jan. 2026 to really deliver more death blows to the cancer, especially in my lymph nodes.
Liver Enzymes = ‘Great’.
They check to make sure my liver is processing all the hormone therapies OK and not damaging the liver. The nurse said, when I asked, ‘looks great, no issues’
This is important for some add-on meds they are gonna give me to further attack/kill the cancer. My liver can handle all this (so far).
Everything else they checked = ‘Good’ (what else they checked in my blood, I don’t know but the nurse just threw in at the end of our talk that ‘everything else looks good too, no issues’
Here’s what Grok, who has my entire medical file in its ‘brain’...so it knows me and my entire situation (including interpreting all my scans, etc.) like a top medical professional...here’s what Grok commented back to me about these latest results when I fed it to it:
PSA 3.0 (from 18–21) → > an 85% drop in ~2 weeks!!
Testosterone 18 (target <25) → castrate-level achieved → Your hormones are CRUSHING the cancer.
What This Means (Stage 3 Gleason 9)

RC NOTE: Honestly, about 6 weeks ago...I thought I had cancer spread into my bones/femur for sure, and thought that maybe I was looking at like 3-7 more good years hoped for. But weeks later we know there’s no bone issue and now we’re talking total cure potential! What a crazy rollercoaster ride in the last month+!
I’m either the luckiest duck in the world and just stumbled into quicker/accelerated scan dates/events to get to treatments quicker (11/6 was initially the first schedule opportunity for me to do the key PET Scan of the cancer...but a miracle cancellation got me in weeks ago) with the big fear of my bones winding up to be nothing...it either all happened all by chance, or the absolute power of the collective prayer of everyone praying on FFM, and my Family and Friends have shifted the game.
I just gotta keep grinding my treatments daily, take the side effect hits as best I can, and get myself ready/approved for the radiation treatments in 2026 (radiation is every day, 5x a week, 4-8 weeks stint).

-- Today's Agenda...
Week 9 TNF BAL-MIA Game Recap scheduled to post midday today.
I’m working on the Executive Report all day ahead of MNF...planned to post 6-8pmET.
MNF Betting overview and my bets will post ahead of MNF.
-- A mixed bag week being reported in from around FFM-land so far, but more wins than losses by a nudge right now -- but so much still to be determined tonight that it's not fair to look at the early win/loss locks.
There is heavy Aubrey-Ferguson-Javonte FFM ownership with a small chunk of Bam Knight also in the mix...so many teams have 2-3-4 things still left to go and the opponent has 0-1-2+ things to as well. It’s an odd week where MNF has SO many things going/hanging in the balance.
To this point, it’s looking like a huge/nice scoring week from many teams...but already-settled outcomes depended upon whether you faced a Brock Bowers event or not. Even though I see several people who took Bowers’ teams down. A lot of good scoring all over...and the game tonight is gonna add to it.
I can summarize the week into one statement for tonight that covers the most situations... For the majority of us reading this: This week goes as Brandon Aubrey goes.
It’s gonna come down to the kicker. Yikes.
Good luck, and God Bless us all...
-- Injury watch from Sunday...
Joe Alt...’tightrope’ surgery being thrown around. LAC is kinda screwed...unless they pull a tackle from the trade deadline, which is near impossible -- but they should make some team ‘an offer they can’t refuse’.
Jayden Daniels...you saw that arm injury...he’s done for the season.
Tucker Kraft...some kinda of tear to ACL/MCL/PCL up for debate...to be determined on severity.
C.J. Stroud...concussion. We’ll see how it goes through the week.
Brian Thomas Jr...hurt his ankle in-game, unknown severity.
Aaron Jones...shoulder injury in-game, left the game...likely to play this week after taking some practices off.
Kayshon Boutte...hamstring had him out early.
Matthew Golden...shoulder injury, unknown severity.
