Add Intro: Now, more featuring my (RC) news and notes from the day's/week's discussions and/or studies...
Old Intro: Whenever I come across any football news reports/articles in my research or sent to me by FFMers that I think are interesting or back up/contradict/debate things I've discussed, I'd like to share them for extra/interesting reading material...and have them put into the archives so if you you are researching things about a player or situation, you can search it on the FFM site and it's part of the arsenal for your research.
It will be mostly reports on players/situations not as discussed nationally (but could be from national/big media sites), but are (hopefully) relevant to Dynasty/Fantasy/Handicapping purposes as we go...with the occasional item that I just thought was interesting in general about anything football related.
Here's what I have for this day (noting the players/situation discussed for future archive search purposes with a link to the article):

-- Kadarius Toney is getting on my last nerve…(and possibly Andy Reid's too)
I'm still working on my 'knucklehead WR' research paper…if I feel good about filing a report about it -- I'm sure Kadarius Toney will be one of the headliner/prime examples for the report.
A 'knucklehead WR' is a label of concern I'm toying with…a label for uber-talented/gifted/athletically superior WRs who have 2-cent brains destroying their football future -- and they're going to ruin their careers because these types of WRs are not needed or coddled by teams in this era as much because the game is more about meticulous play (routes, hands, etc.) than it is about the eternal chase for 'playmakers'. Josh Gordon is like the grandfather of this group.
Kadarius Toney may be the #1 current most knuckleheaded concern.
Last month+, I wrote about/discussed Toney and his idiotic engagement, taunting of New York Giants fans on social media with his Super Bowl ring, etc., for some reason. Well, he just attacked another NYG fan last week with some pretty (and petty) cutting/immature/crude comments. Why he keeps engaging in this, I have no idea…but then again…I'm not a knucklehead.
Kadarius Toney and Jameson Williams seem to be in a race for the single dopiest, problematic, disappointing knucklehead WRs in the league right now. It seems like every month this offseason, one of them is doing something petty or stupid or making dumb statements.
If knucklehead WRs are FF/Dynasty death that we should avoid -- KT is at the top of the list right now.
But where I own Toney, I'm holding -- I'm going to wait for the fervor on him to start to boil over in August and then maybe sell at a much higher peak than today. People love fairy tales, I have for years, like Toney…if I get convinced that I need to sell knucklehead WR assets off after my studies/theories (being worked on) -- then Toney is going to be at the top of the list to sell in Dynasty/all formats.

-- Devy GMs…have I got a prospect for you this weekend.
I cannot find the guy listed anywhere in a top 500-600 prospect ranking on reputable draft sites (for 2024)…he's not even listed anywhere on the sites I checked with (just to see where others had him), even though from everything I see he is absolutely draft eligible in 2024.
There's a good reason why he's hiding from everyone, I believe. My report coming up will reveal this mystery/tell the tale.
This mystery player is going to be the highest rated player at his position in our Devy series (unless someone comes out of nowhere)…and it was a shock to me, and a guy I would have never found…but if not for a faithful FFMer suggesting him for a look.
That report will be out this weekend.
If you're in a Devy Dynasty (where you have 3-4-5-10+ Devy prospects on the roster) and you can pick up anyone unclaimed Devy right away -- email me and I'll tip you off so you can consider if it means anything immediately actionable for you. But if you can't act on anything in Devy right now…just wait for the release as part of your homework/consideration. Please don't hit me up on it if you can't act on it right away…save me some extra work. Let this be some nice anticipation for the breaking news if it's not immediately actionable.
