2022 Week 7 NFL Handicapping: All Picks ATS and Survivor Pool Pick

Another solid week (6) of picks for FFM, all things considered…won our best bet again, a positive Blazing Five, survived with our Survivor pool pick. Still, Bet The Close Podcast's Chris Bilello is still hot as a pistol -- he's the one to follow more than anything.

Ride the trends!

I like this week's slate better than last week's (hated last week's spreads/options).

Good luck in your betting this week!

Week 6 Picks….

KC (-2.5) at SF

The Computer says: KC by 8.8 (a 6.3 spread differential)

Love this for KC. The 49ers have lost O-Lineman and defenders like crazy…and SF does not have the offensive firepower to control the clock or play up-tempo to score with KC. Love KC here.

*FFM SURVIVOR PICK*

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: KC

Ross Jacobs: SF

SEA at LAC (-6.0)

The Computer says: LAC by 1.6 (a 4.4 spread differential)

Secretly, the Chargers are one of the worst 10 teams in the NFL…and Seattle is not, so I would not be surprised if Seattle goes to LA and beats them straight up.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: SEA

Ross Jacobs: SEA

TB (-5.0) at CAR

The Computer says: TB by 8.8 (a 3.8 spread differential)

After the embarrassment vs. Pittsburgh last week, I'm guessing TB is going to have a violent bounce back game…and Carolina is a helpless opponent as it is.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: TB

Ross Jacobs: TB

IND at TEN (-2.5)

The Computer says: TEN by 5.8 (a 3.3 spread differential)

I think Indy is one of the worst teams in the NFL, and I fully respect Tennessee…who will have had two weeks to prepare and also allowed for some defenders to get healthy to come back this week.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: TEN

Ross Jacobs: TEN

NYG at JAX (-3.0)

The Computer says: JAX by 0.2 (a 2.8 spread differential)

I want to pick NYG to win outright so bad, but NYG is due to have their luck run out in a game and stumble. Still, too many points to give by JAX.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: NYG

Ross Jacobs: JAX

HOU at LV (-7.0)

The Computer says: LV by 4.0 (a 2.8 spread differential)

Las Vegas is beat up on defense…and corrupt on the O-Line…they are beatable. It's hard to say that they should be 7-point favorites over any team.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: HOU

Ross Jacobs: LV *SURVIVOR*

NYJ at DEN (-0.5)  *UNDERDOG OUTRIGHT WIN*

The Computer says: NYJ by 1.6 (a 2.1 spread differential)

Denver is so lost…I feel like the Jets are due for a dud/unlucky game, but I just cannot side with a team in utter collapse with QB issues on top of all the other issues.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: NYJ

Ross Jacobs: DEN

DET at DAL (-7.0)

The Computer says: DAL by 5.0 (a 2.0 spread differential)

The Lions would be 11-3 in their last 14 games if you gave them +7 in every game they've played. They usually stay close, lose late…and never give up. Coming off a bye, I wouldn't be surprised if they snuck up and beat Dallas.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: DAL

Ross Jacobs: DAL

PIT at MIA (-7.0)

The Computer says: MIA by 5.1 (a 1.9 spread differential)

Could be too many points to give to PIT if Kenny Pickett is at QB. How will Tua be in his first game back from all the drama?

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: MIA

Ross Jacobs: MIA

CHI at NE (-8.0)

The Computer says: NE by 6.8 (a 1.2 spread differential)

The Patriots are rolling but they're due to stumble a bit…and the Bears aren't good, but their defense plays at 110% effort and they are pretty stout. Chicago can keep this close or get the upset with Fields running in a drizzle in New England.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: NE

Ross Jacobs: CHI

ATL at CIN (-6.0)

The Computer says: CIN by 6.8 (a 0.8 spread differential)

ATL with all their secondary injuries will have a tough time not getting air raided here, but CIN missing Logan Wilson really stings.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: CIN *BEST BET* *SURVIVOR*

Ross Jacobs: CIN

NO at ARI (-2.0)

The Computer says: ARI by 2.7 (a 0.7 spread differential)

The injury report is not looking good for ARI, but it's worse for NO. We'll lean Arizona but no confidence.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: NO

Ross Jacobs: ARI *BEST BET*

CLE at BAL (-6.5)

The Computer says: BAL by 6.7 (a 0.2 spread differential)

I haven't been overly impressed with the Ravens this season, so I want to take the points hoping the Browns keep it close, but Baltimore is too able to blow teams out. I'll reluctantly give the points.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: BAL

Ross Jacobs: BAL

GB (-5.0) at WSH

The Computer says: GB by 5.2 (a 0.2 spread differential)

I keep getting burned by Green Bay lately…I keep thinking they're due to click in for an impressive game, but they keep looking sloppy. I should go with Washington here, which means I'll go against my instincts and take Green Bay to finally have that game against a fading Washington team. No confidence in this either way.

Chris 'Bet The Close' Podcast: GB

Ross Jacobs: GB
